The most important thing here at Genetidyne is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have several options depending on the reason for returning the merchandise.
- Unopened products may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Shipping charges are assumed by the customer. Refunds can come in the form of a store credit or a refund to the method of payment.
- If you would like to return an opened product an in-store credit will be utilized. You will get full credit for the product minus any shipping charges.*
- If you receive a damaged product or products during shipment, please notify us immediately. We will get a new product sent out to you right away. We will also issue you a call tag for return of the damaged item or items.
- Products can only be returned within 3 months of purchase. Genetidyne will not refund any purchased items after 3 months of the purchase date.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact us via email or toll free at 1-866-276-7877. Our Customer Service team will do their very best to rectify any situation. Please have your receipt with the order number handy when contacting us.
When returning an item please use a using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure we receive it. We are not responsible for delays during return shipment, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed, we can issue the refund or award the in-store credit to your account.
